Video Update for September 2016
Here is my September 2016 update for The Road to 10% with all the juicy details. This is shorter than the previous video because I am only covering September (and one month at a time going forward).

I GAINED 0.40 lbs from September 1 to September 30, 2016 (188.0 lbs to 188.4 lbs)
Bodyfat % down from 18.85% to 18.35% as of September 25, 2016. So yes my Body fat percentage STILL decreased over time.

Q) Photos?
A) I am aiming for at least bathroom selfies for the October 2016 video.
Q) Any date expected for completion?
A) I think the body fat will be exponential and not strictly linear as I get my diet and workout and discipline to a level I will commit to, NOT what I wish I would commit to. Some people cant tell the difference. So I expect my goal might take at least another 6 months or so. Like most things in life, there isn’t linear growth but, exponential. I am sure some weeks I might lose 1 lb or 5 lbs depending on my diet and workout plan.
